Call us at 978-470-0001. If we're on the other lines please leave a voicemail. Our administrative assistant checks for messages regularly and responds as soon as possible. Office hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, plus other days or hours by appointment. After-hours voicemails are checked the next business day.

E-mail anytime with non-urgent concerns and we'll respond within one business day. Never use e-mail for emergencies! You must put everything in the body of the e-mail – for security reasons we never open attached files.

Members Only: To Contact Dr. Daly
During office hours call 978-470-0001. Our administrative assistant gets Dr. Daly immediately for emergencies. Otherwise he will return your call upon completing the visit already in progress. Non-urgent messages may be left on office voicemail at 978-470-0001, as he checks them frequently.

For emergencies call his cell phone anytime, at the number we gave you upon joining. His cell phone is your emergency line, and for acute problems outside of office hours. (It is not for prescription refills.)

E-mail Dr. Daly any time and he answers within 24 hours. E-mail might better serve your need for prescription refills, contact information for other practitioners, references previously discussed and data which is not time-sensitive. You must put everything in the body of an e-mail – for security reasons we never open attached files.

Do not use e-mail to report a new illness or new symptoms – instead call Dr. Daly so he can provide timely evaluation. Never use e-mail for an emergency!

The doctor receives e-mail only from Current Members. Others are automatically routed to the administrative assistant and opened the next business day.
